Richard Flowers founded The Events Company in 1985 and spent four decades shaping some of Houston’s most memorable celebrations. His work brought people together for the Houston Ballet, Houston Grand Opera, Houston Symphony, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and twenty-five years of the San Luis Salute.
His approach combined imagination, careful preparation, and a personal connection with the people he served. Behind each celebration were relationships built over years of working together.
